“We stopped in for lunch,while visiting Trussville, Alabama. The establishment was clean and quite tidy even with the high volume of customers. We did enjoyed a delicious meal. My hubby ordered the Fat boy burrito and I two tacos(cheezy beef and redneck) both are served with chips and salsa. We each enjoyed a refreshingly tasty margarita, a perfect compliment to the meal. “I was told that they Deliver. We got our order together and started to order on line. It asked for our address. I put the address in. Now it said next. I punched next and asked for my address again. Tried at least a dozen times. It did the same thing each time. Someone said that we were too far out for delivery.We live exactly 2.5 miles from Wings & Tacos. I will rate the first order that we picked up several weeks ago.“

“Terrible (as in, almost non-existent) service. My friend and I were there for three hours on a Friday afternoon, from 2-5 pm, the parking lot was almost empty when we arrived and the place was still not busy when we left but we literally had no one come to check on us after our food was brought to our table - no one checked to make sure our food was okay, no one asked if we needed drink refills, no one even looked our way until someone brought our tickets three hours later. We were seated in a main "thoroughfare" and other people were being served around us - we just seemed to be invisible. Our orders Were taken promptly and we did not have to wait long to receive our food, it was just everything After that.
Thankfully the food was good and for once I didn't care for a drink refill - I would have flagged someone down if I had needed something - but I appreciate at least a minimum effort. We typically leave a bigger tip than normal when we stay a long time, but not that day for sure.
I have been there once before with a large group and the service was great that time, so I won't let my most recent experience keep me from going back if I'm over that way as I imagine it was just a fluke, and the food was good both times. ??“

“So I went in at night time last week, and got a bowl per usual. The steak portion I got was barely any and it was served to me while the pan was outside of the dogwell, so I had to ask homegirl if the steak was cold, but it wasn't. I just didn't get much in my bowl, and I got hella beans and lettuce. Today, I go in and order - right - and I asked for queso and sour cream, and green salsa. The guy literally gave me all water - no tomatillos. So I asked him to make it over and it was almost foreign to them. I get the bowl is going to be messy, but if they wouldn't spoon all that rice in the bottom, then there would be room. I had to instruct homeboy to strain my beans, and tell him to pick up the salsa from the bottom of the pan with the ladle so I don't get just juices.
I'm sorry to have such bad anxiety, I just know I won't eat something I watched someone make wrong or carelessly nor can I afford a $20 mess. It's good tho. Thankfully the hardest part is left to chefs at Chipotle“
