“I always use the drive-thru at this Jack's. It usually runs super fast, even during rush times. I love the breakfast biscuits (please bring back the bologna), and burgers are good. This trip I ordered a 2 piece fried chicken and was not disappointed. The chicken at Jack's is as good or better than KFC.“

“I got the cheesesteak meal, curly fries, and a large unsweetened tea. My mom a roast beef classic add cheddar sauce. The cheesesteak was awesome. Me and my mom both ate my sandwich. The classic roast beef has seemed to have lost its flavor. Curly fries are awesome, as always.“

“I come from Texas and visited the Jacks on Woodward Ave. Elizabeth waited on us and she was so sweet! Her southern charm is contagious!! I had a wonderful experience and the food was SOOOOOO GOOD!!!!! Ill be back numerous times during me stay here in Muscle Shoals Alabama! We LOVE you Elizabeth!! 😍“

“My honest review.. chicken Is AWESOME. Yall need to work on them sides. The mashed potatoes and gravy were served to me super cold and the potatoes hadn't been mixed well enough, kinda gross.. and the Mac needed salt. Other then that the fried chicken was top tier amazingly.“

“The staff went above and beyond to fulfill my order and I greatly appreciate it. Although the personal pan pizzas were sold out, my order was upgraded to two medium pizzas instead! I’m always thankful to receive excellent customer service.“

“We had a decent meal. The fries, though hot, were not all fully cooked. The nibblers were good, but it's possible the buns had been sitting out too long. The front counter worker did a good job but didn't fully understand when I asked for an extra plate (we ordered two nibbler meals for three people). The drink machine was spewing syrup, so maybe repairs or cleaning is needed? We dined outside and noticed broken tables against the railing that really should be repaired or removed. So, overall, it was not a bad experience. The best part was the view of the sky as we ate.“

“Awsome all around. Pizza was hot and fresh. Chicken bites were juicy. And the new pepperoni bites were great as well. Everyone was friendly and chatty. Take out was easy, and the lady behind the counter carried a great conversation with me the whole time. It is getting harder to find places that actually treat you like a human being while being a customer as well. Bravo Papa John's.“
