This location is famously understaffed. I went there today to order chicken and it took 15 min to get someone up front to begin taking my order. It was one thing after another. I go to place my order just for them to tell me they only had 3 pieces of chicken in the entire restaurant at 5:15 pm. They were all legs.
Customer service is horrible! I stopped this morning to get a bacon biscuit and a Dr Pepper because AFTER getting terrible service
From jacks with a hard cold bacon biscuit i expected different from BOJangles. But Bo Time turned into GO TIME when the lady said WE DONT HAVE THAT WE ARE WAITING ON TRUCK AND THOSE ARE
ITEMS WE ARE OUT OF THANK YOU. THEN proceeded to repeat herself. I then said that’s ok but can i order something else and nobody responded. Nobody answered....read full review
