The drive thru needs some work. You can't give 10 cars behind the 1st car food and except people to understand. If you have the first car order first they should get there food or at least asked to pull up so people can get out. Fries not in our bag and no receipt to prove what we order. We have supported this location since it opened but we have decided to drive a little further so we can have good service.
Chick-fil-A left out 2 large fries on my order this is the second time my order has been wrong with no fries. I will have to use the original Northport location because has trouble getting orders right
