The teenagers love to go here to eat every afternoon to eat the location is a very safe place for the children to hangout at too!! I recommend this location to all of my friends and family!!“

“My only recent experience with this Wendy’s was them turning me away at night telling me they were out of food or not enough employees present to prepare food. Today, however, I dipped in for a coffee visit with a friend. They offer seniors FREE coffee! After several hours of visiting and coffee, James brought each of us a free new type of burger to “try out”! What a pleasant experience! We will return at night to see what happens then!“

“I had my very first Firehouse sub last night and Im addicted! It was DELICIOUS!! The Northport location was clean and easy to access. The manager (Paisley) and the other employees were kind and patient with our order. Everything was perfection! I couldn’t wait for lunch today…I went back for a 2nd day in a row! The drinks machine need to be clean and by this company been in a small town they probably thinking nobody coming by rating us.

Well that when google independent associates come in at and rate the company experience.

I like to protect and people need the jobs like in these small town.

Associates please tell the headquarters, you guys need your third party cleaner crew.

“Unfortunately we stop here at our usual location when getting into town after a long drive for some lunch. The drive thru line wasn’t long, so wait time was moving forward quickly. However, we had several orders for the young lady who seemed a little bit uneasy about all the orders given to her. But, she repeated them as we gave them to her each time. The driver drove around and paid quite a bite for the orders at the first window. This lady did greet us she just asked for the amount needed. Plain & to the point! The pick up window was a little bit more pleasant, the lady handed us the drinks, lattes, and shakes. Might I add that my Strawberry shake was extra thick, half filled and it had a big hole in it from where the mixer had stirred it up! It was ice cream and not a shake! So, I had to eat the little that I had with my big straw! My niece did a quick check in the bag before we left to go to the next place for food orders. Then we preceded to go to our destination to our family for lunch.
Well, after we got to the home, we realized over half of our food wasn’t there! About 3-4 orders was left off and people were without food! And Jack’s was 25 minutes away from home! This was very disappointing and frustrating!
