“Unusual for Chick-fil-A but the parking lot and drive-thru line were a complete mess. We could not even get in the Drive-Thru line to pick up my mobile order. The parking lot was complete chaos. I had to go inside while my husband left the parking lot and change my order to pick up inside to get out of all that chaos“

“What can say about this Hardee's that's better than all the other Hardee's. Management and hard workers us the reason why skip over the auburn location. Everybody here at this Hardee's makes you feel like you're home,but not home. They always get my order correct and Mrs./Ms. Cindy is always smiling and making sure everyone including her crew are all taken care of. Next time you're in town. Try this Hardee's and you'll see why the food is better during breakfast then any other breakfast spot in both towns. And make sure you ask for extra butter if you like.“

“I have been coming to this Jersey Mike’s location for months now and the service is always top notch. Employee’s are engaging and friendly, the food is well prepared and the lobby is generally pretty clean! They treat the regulars very well and they remember my sandwich before I even order!“

“I ended up trying a little bit of everything: Orange Chicken, Beijing Beef, crispy seasme shrimp and beef, Chow Mein, Fried Rice, Broccoli, peach lychee flavored refresher and etc... I didn’t upload photos of every item, but honestly almost everything I tried was delicious🤗 The food tasted fresh, the portions were just right, and all the flavors were exactly what you expect from a satisfying Panda Express meal. “I ordered two subs today through the app, But I had accidentally ordered them to the wrong location (Opelika location instead of Phoenix city). Once I got to the Phoenix city location I quickly realized i had ordered it to the wrong place because they couldn’t find my order, so I called the Opelika location to see if I could cancel my order because of my mistake. I was told by a girl manager at the time that there is no exceptions for canceling order if I had ordered it ordered to a different location. I was super upset knowing that I had just wasted $23 and still had no lunch for me or my partner and didn’t want to spend that money again. so I had placed a case through the app to see if I could get any resolution to my problem. Until Rocco another store manager from the Opelika location called me to find out more about my problem. Rocky was super professional and immediately took action to resolving my issue. He even told me that usually if someone Accidentally orders it to the wrong location the other location will call them to see if the order is there and if it is they would remake it at the location, which was some thing that the other girl manager never mentioned to me even after I sounded upset. Big shoutout to Rocco for delivering great customer service, now I will be gladly returning to eat lunch here when I pass through the area!“

“We are from LA and wanted to try a new place on our recent trip to SC. I was a little upset that only drive thru was available but we made it work. We were very pleased with the quality of the food. We had to wait a little longer for our food to be cooked so they gave us a little extra food and went out of their way to make me a salad when they were short on supplies! My hubby is picky about green beans and he said they were really good. The woman was very polite and went above and beyond with our food requests. If we are in the area we would stop by again for sure.“

“Running errands in Opelika and decided to grab some Subway there instead of when I got back to Lanett. Best customer service/takeout in awhile. Ordered curbside pickup online and forgot they were not even half a block from Kroger so I was early & had to wait. Very sweet lady(didn't see a name tag)came out, confirmed who I was and let me know she's still working on my order. There was a long line in-store. No problem. I firmly believe the customer in front of you should be the priority, but soo very appreciated being kept informed. Few mins later another super sweet lady(again no name tag)brought my order out to me. Absolute wonderful customer service at its best. Always pass this location, but never ate there until today.
