online chat, they could not tell me if starbucks still sold stainless mugs or not but did send me a link to ebay <-----,, then called starbucks corporate, they too could not tell me if they sold stainless travel mugs or not, but suggested amazon. the two people I contacted were absolutely clueless and acted like they were scared to comment. wanted a new cup with the gift card I received...local stores inventory is lets say, pittiful….not a good way to earn or retain a persons...read full review
