My family and I went to dinner tonight I have never been but my father has been I was blown away from the presentation of the dishes of which we ordered I let the chef choose how to cook my lamb and it was exceptional my father got the duck and it was cooked to perfection I will definitely be coming back soon and I'll definitely be telling people about how wonderful the food is and how great the service is!
The menu is very small with the new ownership, and the food isn't as good as it used to be. I had the Snapper, which was a tad dry but still good. The artisan bread and hand churned butter was delicious, but the salad had very little dressing and the bread pudding looked like something you could have gotten at Sam's Club. It has potential, but what I got last night wasn't worth what I paid.
My companion and I dined at the Bistro Saturday evening, 4/20/2019, our first visit to this restaurant since before their disastrous fire and subsequent closure. We both had the house salad, the New York strip, and the Hedges Family Estate Cabernet. She had the blueberry cobbler, I the crème brûlée. The salad was excellent with the vinegarette dressing--fresh and very tasty. The New York strip was delicious, tender, and cooked to perfection--hers medium rare, mine medium....read full review
