“Happened to be in the area for anniversary getaway, booked a last minute reservation, no expectations and left feeling like royalty. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like the evening was crafted just for us. It started with a champagne toast that set the tone for what would become one of the most memorable meals of our lives.

The Beef Tartare and Tuna Sashimi were flawless, fresh, flavorful, and plated like art. Then came the Porter House Steak, cooked medium rare with absolute precision. Oh, the sides. The Pork Belly Sweet Corn was decadent, and the Blue Mac and Cheese? We’re not exaggerating when we say it was the best mac and cheese we’ve ever had, and we’ve eaten our way across continents. If they ever start shipping it, we’ll be first in line.

Dessert was a showstopper: the Thirteen Layers Chocolate Cake was rich and indulgent, and the complimentary chocolate-covered strawberries to celebrate our anniversary were the sweetest touch, literally and emotionally.

“Exceptional. Holiday weekend. Positive and great service from the host to the servers to management who you could see was actively involved. As somebody who worked in the restaurant industry it literally makes me happy to see that. The food was ready quick, hot, fresh, and delicious. The space was clean as clean can be. We will always come back here. Kudos to this place because they are doing it right. Rare to get both good service and good food from a restaurant these days, but the folks on this shift nailed it.”

“We got there at 9pm, thinking they closed at 10. They close at 9:30 on Sundays. They were SO kind to us. The owner/manager came out to our table to make sure everything was to our liking, our waitress was amazing. We got the red snapper, surf and turf, sushi, lobster Mac and firecracker shrimp. Everything was delicious. The macaroni by itself on the surf & turf plate was the best Mac and cheese I have ever had. Lobster Mac was amazing. Steak was perfectly cooked. The fish was the best I’ve ever had. The way they told us we could stay as long as we like. We were tired from the beach so we left about 9:40 but wow, I’ll never forget this place! Instead of being annoyed, they treated us like gold.”

Our party tried the crab and artichoke dip, the beer cheese dip, chicken Caesar salad, pimento cheeseburger, fresh catch (red snapper), hot Nashville chicken, and two desserts to share. Not one bit of food was left-we devoured every delicious bit, and I highly recommend this place for service, taste, quality, and atmosphere. You cannot miss with Luna’s. It’s a must-try!”

“We were seated at the scheduled reservation time. The greeting staff were very pleasant and friendly. Our Server, Sherri was great! There were no long delays in her service and attention. She was thorough, very efficient and answered all questions. She was able to accommodate our requests to adjust some menu selections. Having dined at the Destin location on multiple occasions, I was hoping the food, service and ambience would meet my expectations. This restaurant and this location is a must try as they really exceeded expectations. I look forward to dining here on every visit to this area.”

“My daughter and I were there with her 10yr old golden. Of course we asked for outside seating, and were told an hour wait. Hostess did not get my phone # correct so when I didn’t get the welcome text I went back in. Another hostess changed it and neither one apologized for their mistake. Never broke a smile. Sooo we wait, and wait. Watched so many be brought in who clearly had not been there longer than us, empty outside tables with no one sitting there. I went back to the hostess stand to see how much longer, “it could be 3min or 15”, really. We finally got a table after an hour and 35min. We were put at the table next to the steps coming out on the patio, while there were two more tables open on the outside corner of the patio. Out of the line of traffic. Our golden was almost stepped on several times (one being the rude hostess) and the constant jarring of the ppl coming up and down the steps was very annoying. Imagine trying to enjoy a meal that you have waited two hours for and your table bouncing around. Our waitress was great and the food was excellent! Hostesses need to learn some manners as to how to be polite.”

“My husband and I picked up cake slices at the Orange Beach location as our “wedding cake” after getting married. Every slice was delicious, and I would recommend this spot to anyone in area. Some of the best cake I’ve ever had!”

“They have a GREAT happy hour! The server was superrr nice but I think he was new so he didn't know a ton of info but the deals were fantastic. The oysters were $1, the shrimp scampi pasta was only $12 and so good. The view was beautiful and peaceful. Would definitely come back if in town!”

“Stopped in this morning on our way home. Wish we would have known about this place from day 1! We had the cream cheese red velvet muffins and a lemon square. So good! We ordered a couple iced drinks and a couple of frozen drinks plus a hot chocolate. Everything tastes amazing. My teenage son said this beats Starbucks by a landslide! Also, the staff was very friendly!”

“Be prepared to wait even at 430 pm. They fill up quick after opening at 4pm.
Nice back porch bar while your wait. Drinks & apps can be had while you wait. Totally worth the wait! Bar inside is eat at only.”

“I went here last year & probably will be back again this year. Their milkshakes are like artwork. You’d have to order one of their 20 dollar ones to see what I mean. I had the chocolate & peanut butter milkshake. It was big, it tasted great, & very unique looking. Is it worth 20 dollars tho? I’d say that’s subjective but I think for a one time deal at least, it’s worth it. Overall, they got a good milkshake & different kinds too. It’s just a matter of is it worth the price. For me, it’s worth it at least once.”

“I came in tonight, never been. My dad passed away this week and I just wanted to sit somewhere where no one knew me and have a drink. I was greeted by Lucas (sp?) and asked if he had a drink menu. He laughed and asked what I was in the mood for… he made me the perfect rum punch and had great
conversation. While he had no idea what I was going through, his smile and hospitality meant more than he knew. Beautiful bar atmosphere, great drinks and clean facility. Will be back again! Thank you.”

“Was told they had the best burger in Baldwin County. Being from the Midwest, I know a good burger when I eat one. This was one of them. O. M. G. Simply amazing. Yes, the place is a hole in the wall. Yes, they allow smoking. Who cares when the food is this good?! Don’t sleep on the Philly either. It was pretty good as well. Cindy was so kind and friendly. Enjoyed talking with her. We ordered appetizers (Spin Dip and Steak Fries), kids Shrimp Alfredo, shrimp and grits, fish tacos (served with sweet potato tots) and a bacon burger. All of the food was tasty. The service was a little slow, but she was very friendly. Prices weren’t too bad either. Even with bar drinks a party of 4 ate for $150.”

The tables were not the cleanest and I saw several flies. I know it happens this time of year, they get in open doors even at home but I literally was swatting them while in line and while we ate as well. We dined in. The bathrooms were clean enough.”

“I have ordered from Vinnys every time we come down. Well this week we ordered twice they do have the best pizza but customer service is something different. I ordered a pizza the 2nd time and it was all to the side like it went all over the place. The young lady on the phone said she remember when it happened. As soon as she handed him the pizza she heard it. First then correct it dont send it out for delivery it was almost 63.58 order. I called the lady was very nice but the manager not so much. So no help from them or door dash.”

“Always a great experience. Probably one of the few restaurants in Orange Beach that serves their beer cold handing cold glasses. Most other places serve it in plastic. I really appreciate their extra effort and their food is always good.”
