“We got there at 9pm, thinking they closed at 10. They close at 9:30 on Sundays. They were SO kind to us. The owner/manager came out to our table to make sure everything was to our liking, our waitress was amazing. We got the red snapper, surf and turf, sushi, lobster Mac and firecracker shrimp. Everything was delicious. The macaroni by itself on the surf & turf plate was the best Mac and cheese I have ever had. Lobster Mac was amazing. Steak was perfectly cooked. The fish was the best I’ve ever had. The way they told us we could stay as long as we like. We were tired from the beach so we left about 9:40 but wow, I’ll never forget this place! Instead of being annoyed, they treated us like gold.“

“We absolutely loved the food at Luna’s! Our party tried the crab and artichoke dip, the beer cheese dip, chicken Caesar salad, pimento cheeseburger, fresh catch (red snapper), hot Nashville chicken, and two desserts to share. Not one bit of food was left-we devoured every delicious bit, and I highly recommend this place for service, taste, quality, and atmosphere. You cannot miss with Luna’s. It’s a must-try!“

“Exceptional. Holiday weekend. Positive and great service from the host to the servers to management who you could see was actively involved. As somebody who worked in the restaurant industry it literally makes me happy to see that. The food was ready quick, hot, fresh, and delicious. The space was clean as clean can be. We will always come back here. Kudos to this place because they are doing it right. Rare to get both good service and good food from a restaurant these days, but the folks on this shift nailed it.“

The bourbon glazed meatloaf, the blue steel sour beer, the French fries, the chicken quesadilla…yes I ate them all. Please treat yourself and try each item I mentioned. You won’t regret it.“

“My daughter and I were there with her 10yr old golden. Of course we asked for outside seating, and were told an hour wait. Hostess did not get my phone # correct so when I didn’t get the welcome text I went back in. Another hostess changed it and neither one apologized for their mistake. Never broke a smile. Sooo we wait, and wait. Watched so many be brought in who clearly had not been there longer than us, empty outside tables with no one sitting there. I went back to the hostess stand to see how much longer, “it could be 3min or 15”, really. We finally got a table after an hour and 35min. We were put at the table next to the steps coming out on the patio, while there were two more tables open on the outside corner of the patio. Out of the line of traffic. Our golden was almost stepped on several times (one being the rude hostess) and the constant jarring of the ppl coming up and down the steps was very annoying. Imagine trying to enjoy a meal that you have waited two hours for and your table bouncing around. Our waitress was great and the food was excellent! Hostesses need to learn some manners as to how to be polite.“

“The customer service and the ice cream was TOP TIER, I honestly feel like I had so much fun just ordering my dots 🤣 we tried so many samples and when we couldn’t choose between all the flavors our cashier made sure we got to have them all. I’ve never experienced dippin dots like I did in orange beach, thank you for the great experience 💘“

“Vaswani was an excellent server and made our visit good. Food was excellent and will definitely go back again. The only disappointment was my table which was a bench by a window with pillows to prop up for back support. Moved to chairs in front but they sat so low it made me feel like I was sitting at the kids table at Thanksgiving. Honestly folks for a 100+ dollar meal I would have loved that round table over there with the regular chairs to sit in. Someone really needs to rethink that one.“

“It was our first time eating at Culvers and we had a great experience. The burgers were fresh and tasty and I can tell they used quality ingredients. The kids ate the cheese curds before I could even have many. Pretty good root beer too!

“I recently traveled down to Gulf Shores, and a friend recommended I try Big Mike's Steakhouse. Last night, I finally had the chance—and from the moment I opened my car door, the aroma alone had my mouth watering. I knew right then I was in for something special.
I started with the fried mushrooms, and they were cooked to absolute perfection—crispy on the outside and flavorful all the way through. For my entrée, I ordered the ribeye steak, and I was thoroughly impressed. It was seasoned just right and delivered on both taste and quality.
When I got home and checked Facebook, I saw several friends had already commented, highly recommending this same spot and raving about the food—and now I completely understand why.
If you’re visiting Gulf Shores or Orange Beach, I highly recommend making a stop at Big Mike’s Steakhouse. You won’t be disappointed.“

“We are a large family. They sat us quickly and we had a wonderful experience. Carson was our server and he did an excellent job. He was kind to our kids, kept the chips and salsa flowing, was attentive without being too chatty, and was all around a GREAT server. “I have ordered from Vinnys every time we come down. Well this week we ordered twice they do have the best pizza but customer service is something different. I ordered a pizza the 2nd time and it was all to the side like it went all over the place. The young lady on the phone said she remember when it happened. As soon as she handed him the pizza she heard it. First then correct it dont send it out for delivery it was almost 63.58 order. I called the lady was very nice but the manager not so much. So no help from them or door dash.“
