“I have ordered from Vinnys every time we come down. Well this week we ordered twice they do have the best pizza but customer service is something different. I ordered a pizza the 2nd time and it was all to the side like it went all over the place. The young lady on the phone said she remember when it happened. As soon as she handed him the pizza she heard it. First then correct it dont send it out for delivery it was almost 63.58 order. I called the lady was very nice but the manager not so much. So no help from them or door dash.“

“Chose this place based off a few reviews and say that I am very pleased. I picked up the pizzas at 5:30pm and I had to come a give this review at 5:50pm. It is unbelievable. Try it, you won’t be disappointed. The cheese is amazing, the sauce is amazing, and the staff was very friendly. My wife and I shared a half margarita pizza and half ultimate pepperoni. When I come through again, I will be back for more.“

“The first responsibility of running a pizza place is customer service. Even if there are many other issues (and there are with this store) customer service comes first. If I chose to base this review on any premise other than that the Star level would be much lower. That having been said the store usually makes some sort of mistake when I order there. Greater than 50% of the time. However when they do they either do not charge you or they compensate you properly and apologize. That means a lot in this business. I go back there because of the customer service and hopefully one of these days they'll get all of the other issues straightened out.“
