I am writing to express my consistent disappointment with the accuracy of my recent orders. On numerous occasions, I have received incomplete meals, despite placing my orders correctly. This has occurred frequently enough to raise serious concerns about the reliability of the service.

I ordered 4 chicken finger, fries, slaw and lg coke for delivery. Your store in Oxford told me to call Uber Eats. I did and paid with my credit card. My food never, ever showed up. I guess the driver of company that Zaxby’s recommended was hungrier than me. Uber Eats doesn’t have a contact number. just went inside! got 2 Cobb salads & my husband's salad had LESS than usual!! well the girl behind the counter was apologetic & very nice!! then the manager came over & said that was the normal amount! & said if we wanted more chucken.... then we would have to pay for it!!!! how rude!!! customer service was horrible!!!!! Will never eat there again!!!! truthfully the salad probably had 5 small pieces in it!!
