Chicken Restaurants in Ozark

“I gave a 0 on atmosphere bc there is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON why these girls should be out here in the rain and cold!!! Shame on whoever said to put them out here in this tent freezing and wet to take orders!!! We love our zaxbys and are regular customers, but we don't leave our dog in this kind of weather! They are HUMAN BEINGS!!! Let the in house manager make that choice especially when the drive thru mic works just fine!!“

“This was my family's first time visiting the Church's Chicken location in Ozark Alabama. First the door we tried to enter from the parking lot was locked. My son ran around to the other side and went in through another door. And there were other people inside so that was a bit odd. The items I went there for were completely frozen and unavailable. I was told it would take at least two days to thaw. And it was going to be about a 15+ minute wait just for a chicken sandwich. So the only thing ready were chicken tenders. But I will say the breading was very flavorful and the chicken was extremely juicy! The inside could use a makeover if they're going to have very many clientele dining inside. My slim choices were disappointing. But what I got was great! Thanks!“
