7/20/23 We we’re stopping in Ozark Alabama for the night while travel north. Stop in to get 5 subs. The crew working about 5pm was courteous. The service was great. I don’t know about the past review but this was a great stop.
I want to thank the Manger for being considered of my needs. They started running a if your name is on certain days buy something and get a sub Free! I called and explained I was home bound because of me disability and I would have to lode my wheelchair to go to if he could let me husband come with my ID and pick it up and he didn't have to but he did. That's great customer service to me. Thank you for caring ❤

I want everyone to know this! Tristan is the best employee you have. I went there last week, I was so upset, having such a bad Tristan smiled and told me it would be ok, just being so nice! Then my granddaughter and I went there last night. I only had cash with me. My total was $22.45. I had $19 in dollar bills, and I had changed to cover the rest. I was 42 cent short. He told me not to worry about it. He took his phone out and not only covered the .42 but offered my change back....read full review
