Found myself passing by here after driving by it 100 times and finally decided to stop in.

Mama's Country Cooking & Grill, located on Highway 31 in Pelham, offers delicious food and exceptional customer service. The meat-and-two-vegetable special is fantastic, with chicken livers cooked to perfection and some of the best green beans. The food is fresh, hot, and full of flavor, tasting just like home cooking. The bacon cheeseburger is one of the best burgers, with fries and onion rings that are perfectly crisp and incredibly tasty. Breakfast and lunch are both thoroughly enjoyable, with everything made in house. The staff makes customers feel like family, with friendly and welcoming service that goes beyond what is expected. The kitchen staff greets customers immediately and walks them through the menu, and the register staff provides a very positive experience. One owner mentioned they take pride in making every customer's day a little better. The restaurant is a convenient stop inside a gas station convenience store, and the store is clean. The food is reasonably priced, with the meat-and-two-vegetable special at around $10, offering outstanding value. This is a great place to grab a meal while on the go, and the staff is genuinely friendly.
