Went to get a milk shake and they said they were completely out of ice cream
Terrible experience, I waited for 40 minutes on my order and when I went through the drive through I was ignored after nicely asking for assistance. I waited another 10 minutes of actively asking and being ignored before I got my food and they still messed my order up. There was only two customers besides me there
I'm giving it 2 stars the only reason why is because the lady that took my order was sweet. As far as the food I want to say I came up there by 1:30 to 2:00 p.m. after rush hour. Sonic Drive-In offers a pleasant dining experience with fresh and tasty food. The staff, including a friendly blonde employee, provides excellent customer service, contributing to an overall positive experience. Customers enjoy the drinks, especially the lime cream slush, which is a favorite, despite some occasional skimping on the cream. The restaurant is known for its nugget ice and good food. Parking includes about 16 booths, a drive-through, and regular parking, with overflow options near nearby stores. Kid-friendly options are available through the Wacky Pack, which offers a variety of entrees, sides, and drinks. The restaurant's flat layout and drive-in style make it accessible for all, and the staff's helpful attitude, especially one staff member with purple hair, adds to the welcoming atmosphere. However, some customers note that the preparation of orders can be slow, and mobile app check-ins may sometimes malfunction or lead to longer waits. Overall, Sonic Drive-In remains a reliable choice for families and customers seeking good food and friendly service.
