“I hadn't been here in years because of a custimer service issue. We tried it again and the food was great. The ribs were cooked and flavored to perfection, so was the chicken. The sides were tasty as well. There are several big name rib joints here in Birmingham that i find average at best. In My opinion they have the best Barbeque in Town!“

“I made a trip of 20 miles just to get family loaded baker potatoes and my lick they were out and wait time was 30 mins. Well I waited and when they were ready a young lady came out and let me know. Can’t complain about service. And Im glad I waited, it was worth it. Even though I forgot my sons corn on cob he forgave me.“

“My husband and I usually visit a different restaurant for our Friday night dates, but our usually restaurant has declined in their customer service efforts. We were sooooo pleased with our experience at Longhorn in Trussville!! The food was amazing. We sat at the bar and Kenny our server was helpful, knowledgeable, funny and responsive. We will certainly be back.“

“6/18/25 we ate here at the Longhorn in Gardendale Alabama restaurant for our anniversary and everything was great. We did not have to wait for a booth , took right back and were seated. Brittney let us know that Joseph would be right there in a minute or two and he was. Thank you Brittney. !!
Joseph was right there in about 2 minutes. He was very helpful on drinks we were asking about. Joseph and Brittney were very polite and helpful. Longhorn needs more waiters/ waitress like these two . Thank you for their kindness and hospitality“

“Outstanding BBQ at a great price. The pulled pork and brisket were both tender and juicy, not over cooked or dry. Hardly even needed any sauce but the sauce was amazing!“
