That 1 bad stop was enough to never go back for me...“

The District Manager (Brittany) made things right that night and gave me a store credit of $20 but to my surprise when I went to go use the credit on 8-6-26 I was informed that the entire meal would be comped.

Thank you for acknowledge the service I received was not acceptable and seeing value in my time and compensating me for it.

Big shout out to store associate Landon as well for facilitating with my concerns from start to finish and understanding the service was less than acceptable. He was pleasant from start to finish and truly empathized with my concerns.“

“Ordered two times and the pizza was great! The first time it took a little bit longer due to having one oven down but it wasn’t a terrible wait. Second day it was quicker. The staff were in there busting out the pizzas quickly and accurately both times. This will definitely be my go to spot when I’m visiting this area.“

“Ordered on April 12 and picked up a takeout at 1pm! There was only two people working. The lady and the gentleman who cooked did such a good job managing the busiest lobby!! They were so sweet and stayed cool and collected despite the overwhelming amount of people ordering/and waiting on orders. They went out of their way to ask us if we needed anything while waiting which was not necessary at all but they were just the sweetest team! I would’ve tipped but i didn’t have any cash! I hope the right people see this and show it to them or reward them for the best service! They deserve it!!“

“I recently visited Mad Pies to celebrate a birthday party. It was at dinner time so I ordered a veggie pizza for me & my son which was gluten free & my wife ordered a ribeye steak to share with our daughter. The pizza was by far the best crust & pizza I have had. Absolutely amazing. My wife loved the steak wants to go back. Even my adult son & little girl want to return. This is a bar atmosphere but with food that you would expect at a nice restaurant. Staff were very friendly. The more customers the more staff would be needed. I highly reccomend anyone to visit for the food. If you like karaoke, Thursday night is your night! Restaurant prices with great quality.“

“I was scared to stop by this restaurant because of the reviews I have read on here but I walked in spoke to the Asian lady and she spoke back .I came back the next week and the same lady took my order .I speak put in my order and wait while it's cooked fresh .The two young African American ladies I encounter has been nice and polite . I'm not sure if they read your reviews and changed but I haven't had not one problem and the food has bern hot and Delicious. I Pray it stays this way“

“Why on earth does it take 45min to get your food when the place is drive thru only? That is absurd? You can literally get a live chicken, kill it, pluck it, clean it, cut and batter the thing, then cook it and eat it in less time than to go they y’all’s drive thru.... Please find out what’s being done wrong and fix it“

“Unfortunately I have to change my previous review. I ordered two pizzas tonight both are extremely dry. I had extra cheese on both of them too. As you can see none at all so upsetting. I have came here for pizza for years. I have always had a great experience every time. Except for the last year or so. They been very inconsistent on quality for sure.
