The men’s bathroom, walls and air conditioners have mold ( it’s not the filters ) . I told staff because it’s starting to go everywhere.
Getting chicken when asked for steak, had to go back to get the chips for the kids meal, one kids meal was to be rice, chicken, cheese but didnt get cheese just 2 slots of rice, no veggies (peppers & onion) for my veggie burrito, stood there for over a minute while staff just stood behind the counter then was finally acknowledged. Maybe the one by where I live has spoiled me with fast accurate service. Idk.
The food was good but the person taking peoples orders on the line was extremely rude and not helpful. We ordered 2 kids meals and every question we asked he seemed inconvenienced. They were out of a lot of stuff ( forks, kids chips, black beans). It’s hard to eat a salad with a spoon and it was not told to us when we ordered they were out of them or else I would have ordered something else.
