Always friendly and calm cool collected despite always being super busy during the mornings. Love them there. They even know me by name. Not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing. ??.
I ordered 2 peppermint white chocolate and received 2 peppermint brown hot chocolate. The cups said peppermint white chocolate. So I didn't think I had to look to make sure. I was disappointed that my order was wrong when I got to my destination, because I purchased the hot chocolate for myself and daughter who I was visiting for the Thanksgiving holiday and it was a treat from me to her. The two women working the front window on February 23rd 1:28pm were so sweet. We were traveling to New York and it was my mom’s first time ordering and they made it so easy. Their service was amazing, they took their time with us in the drive thru, and made a great positive atmosphere. They had amazing customer service and our drinks taste amazing. The woman working the drive thru even helped us figure out the best drink to order.
