“very nice!!!“

“This was my first time purchasing donuts inside of Krispy Kreme when the HOT sign was on. It was later in the evening on a road trip home, & I was shocked at the amount of people on a waiting list to get a box of hot, fresh Donuts! The staff was very sweet.

I didn't realize how many Donuts go straight to the trash for one reason or another. At first, all I could think about was how many of those donuts could be kept & donated. But they did a good job explaining why they don't keep them.“

“My review is based mostly on the experience. That is not to say that the coffee isn't wonderful, because it is, but I feel like that the experience at this particular Dunkin' is more important to me than the food/coffee.

I stop at the Prattville Dunkin several times a week on my way to work, and honestly, it is often the best part of my day. The manager, Gabby, is awesome...she really is. Whenever I go in to pick-up my coffee, which is almost always ready, I am also greeted with a hello or 'good morning Kirk.' So yeah, I'm only in the store for about 20 seconds, but what makes it so great is the vibe and the sincerity of Gabby and her people (they are all pretty awesome)

In my opinion, being genuine is increasingly rare nowadays, and and makes a big difference. Again, this why I am recommending/reviewing this Dunkin.
