“Donuts were delicious. I did feel the custard filled and the chocolate iced were very cold...almost like if theyd been sitting in fridge temps for awhile. Or possibly a day old....but it still tasted good. And the original glazed were still slightly warm and super yummy. The service was great, very nice and fast. The lady looked to be running the whole store by herself, drive thru, front, and back. She did great from what we could see in drive thru. Latte was perfectly made as well. Husband loved it. I do feel the company needs to put a cover over the drive thru- we were getting wet in the rain trying to order.“

“My review is based mostly on the experience. That is not to say that the coffee isn't wonderful, because it is, but I feel like that the experience at this particular Dunkin' is more important to me than the food/coffee.

I stop at the Prattville Dunkin several times a week on my way to work, and honestly, it is often the best part of my day. The manager, Gabby, is awesome...she really is. Whenever I go in to pick-up my coffee, which is almost always ready, I am also greeted with a hello or 'good morning Kirk.' So yeah, I'm only in the store for about 20 seconds, but what makes it so great is the vibe and the sincerity of Gabby and her people (they are all pretty awesome)

In my opinion, being genuine is increasingly rare nowadays, and and makes a big difference. Again, this why I am recommending/reviewing this Dunkin.

“I’ve had just about everything on the menu at least twice, and they seriously don’t miss. The bowls, doughnuts, and kolaches are all great!! These are hands down the best doughnuts I’ve ever had. I used to think that other place with the hot sign was top tier, but these aren’t even close, they’re way better! But the cinnamon rolls… I honestly don’t even have words. They’re not even on the regular menu, and not done often but when they do.. sheesh! They’re easily the best thing they make. Best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had by a mile. When they have them, get at least two. Trust me. Great people, great food!“
