“Manager took out phone call request for a catered order as soon as they opened and while they were short staffed, without hesitation and as nice as she could be. The food was hot and ready shortly after we arrived for pick up. This food was for the AL State Disaster Drill, and the participants were extremely appreciative for the quick, efficient, and delicious food and service we were given. The staff was wonderful at making sure we had accomations for sitting, checked on us several times and the food was great! The Manager was so incredibly nice today! We have been to this location several times and every time is a great experience.“

“This place is clean and the food is good. However they couldn't get a Togo order right to save their life. There is never lemon in my tea, a pickle with the sandwich or the nachos cheese when I order the veggie baker. If they could get it together they would be 5 star for sure. Please do better!“

The chicken tenders, signature chicken sandwiches, fries, toast, and selection of drinks are fantastic though it’s a shame all the cool detail in the restaurant like the pictures and other detail all got removed. Regardless, Zaxby’s is the real deal when it comes to chicken fast food restaurants. It blows KFC and Chick-Fil-A out of the water!“
