“We ordered the grilled chicken bites and an order fruit. Since my wife and I wanted something that wasn't fried this was a good choice. Plus my wife can't eat foods fried in peanut oil which to our understanding is what Chick-fil-A does.

My wife called and spoke to Ethan the manager and he quickly offered a gift card equal to our charge so that we can get our Friday night game Foo on our next visit. After a mixup with the email, Ethan was true to his word and sent the card directly to our email. Y’all, I’ve ordered from Chicken Salad Chick in Mobile at least 3 or 4 times now, and I swear each time feels like the first bite of something so good it should be illegal. In a sea of heavy, greasy delivery options, this place is a breath of fresh (and healthy) air.

The food is next-level fresh—like it was made moments before it showed up at my door. The chicken salad? Flavor-packed. The croissants? Buttery perfection. The sides? Legit craveable. And the best part? It somehow makes you feel like you just ate a homemade meal without lifting a finger.

“I enjoy the food and atmosphere. I don't like that we tip the cashiers.

Maybe it's not required, but I don't think we should be asked. The cashier is right there and knows whether we tip and how much. It is awkward to put no tip.

I always tip servers at least 15%. They are going back and forth to our table, checking that the food is good, if we need anything, etc.“

“The schillingers Rd store is awesome. They are a very busy place but they have a good system in place. The service is fast and accurate 99.5% of the time other than salsa given every time even I've asked not to in the app and in person but they put in bag. Very minor issue but it is one. The people there are always friendly and helpful. Wished the workers could accept tips because they work hard and will not accept tips because they are not allowed evidently. But anyways, I'm thankful and I appreciate the service especially in the curbside for those of us who have a drive thru phobia(being stuck or trapped or vehicle problems). Thank you! I would feed y'all but y'all already have the best breakfast and lunch

“I love Zaxbys, but they have changed how they process the grilled chicken. I talked to an employee she could not answer my question? Then talked to manager she could not answer questions. She didn't know the processing since they come in like that already. Their should be ingredients listed on packaging. I felt like was having heart attack. Thank God, I had my nitro pills. Biggest regret, both people talked to seemed like didn't care.“

“We went to the Popeyes at I-65 @ hwy 158 in Saraland ...for lunch on May 5,2024 the doors were locked at lunch time...stay with me now...notice they got all 5stars,.....so after walking around to the other side to check that door the manager ( I didn't get her name).... explained they were very short handed they were trying to do drive through only ...but guest were piling up on the outside, so she said if you all could be patient I promise I will take care of you all ....she took a few orders then filled those orders then took a few more then filled those ,we got hot fresh chicken with a smile even though she was under a pretty good amount of stress ....nice job *****“
