Sonic Drive-In is a popular spot with a loyal customer base. The staff is known for being super nice and friendly, often providing a great attitude that makes customers feel welcomed. While there can be occasional hiccups in service, the overall experience is positive. The onion rings and slushies are particularly delicious, with customers enjoying items like the strawberry Shortcake snowball drink, which is ready when they arrive. Although some customers have faced issues with food temperature and missing ingredients in their sandwiches, the friendly cashiers and hot sides like onion rings and mozzarella sticks often make up for it. Customer service is generally great, and even when items are unavailable, employees are quick to offer delicious alternatives. Overall, Sonic Drive-In offers a pleasant dining experience, with room for improvement in food quality.
