“Absolutely love coming to jacks when I visit my parents you don’t get service in illinois like you do in alabama especially at jacks. The service was so friendly, true southern hospitality. I cannot come to visit without stopping for a bacon egg and cheese. They are so delicious.
The young lady at the drive through so was nice , extremely friendly. Definitely will be back.“

“The service was fast. The young lady that waited on us was friendly. The food was good. I ordered the same thing I always order, the Nachos BellGrande combo. My two young nieces ordered the Cheesie Roll ups and those delicious Cinnamon Twists. The only downside to Taco Bell is they don't serve Coke products. I'm not a Pepsi product person. Coke just tastes so much better.“

“I order carryout online from here at least once every two weeks. Consistently good with no issues. Time from ordering online to pizza ready at the carryout window is consistently <15 minutes absent Friday/Saturday nights. Never had a bad experience with the pizza, pasta, or bread here.Takeaway: If you like Pizza Hut, this one is consistent, fast, and will not disappoint.“

“Haven't had Wendy's while so I was excited to give this a try. Service was friendly and pretty efficient. Food was prepared quickly and while I wish the sandwich was overall warmer, it was still cooked thoroughly and tasted good. Fries were hot and well salted. Location was also fairly easy to get in and out of.“

“It was my sons Logans bday We decided to go to Hardee’s for lunch and go shopping Well Daniel was at drive Thur Logan my son told him it was his bday He told Daniel he was 9 years old So Daniel gave Logan my son a bag of toys and apple pies Logan was so happy So Logan had his brother with him and asked if his brother can have few toys Daniel gave my other son some toys With Covid 19 it is nice to see someone go the extra mile Also My sons middle name is Daniel Thank u Daniel for making my Logan Daniel Happy and going the extra mile on his bday“

“Never had an issue with this McDonald's. They're always super friendly, super fast and the food is always about as good as as you've learned to expect from McDonalds.
That double cheeseburger (plain) has gotta be a gift from some deity because man, it's so darn good.“

“I love this place and go there regularly. Usually everything is top tier but recently when I order and pay for extras or ask for something to be light they are not paying attention to what is ordered and either give me the opposite of what I order or nothing at all.I am not one to complain often but when I have they have indeed given a free version of what I ordered but it happens time and time again. If it was in something free I would not have an issue but I am paying to get extras like cherries and getting only one over and over it does become frustrating.All in all this place is great and everyone has their days when they are short handed and even just overwhelmed. But I think it just needs to be a note for improvement over all. But it's a wonderful place with sweet and genuine people working there.“

“McDonalds in Fort Payne has some great memories for be personally. The first Birthday party I ever attended was there. This was back in the early 80s when FP only had a McDonald's and a Hardee's. And Rainsville had nothing. I remember how special it felt to go there as a young lad and get a cardboard boxer happy meal and play on ther world renown playground.“

“Jan is the best employee there. Please make sure you apply for an Amazon gift card and give her a good remark. She deserves it. The rest of the employees are not as nice as she is every time I go in the store. I’m so happy to see that she is there because she is so very sweet and no matter how much you have to return. She is so sweet throughout the whole thing and will jump through hoops to make sure you are happy with your experiencein the Fort Payne, Alabama UPS store!!!“
