“I placed an order online for 3 pizzas. Prior to arriving, James was kind enough to call me and inform me that the ingredients were not available for one of my pizzas and ask me if I wanted a replacement. Instead of a replacement, I opted to increase one of the pizzas that was available from a small to a medium-sized pizza. Upon arriving to pick up my pizza, James had adjusted my order total and provided me with a courtesy small pizza. Thank you James for the phone call and for providing me with the courtesy pizza!
