Disappointing, went to get milkshakes today and gave my dad one that had a huge hole in the bottom of the cup… instead of throwing it away and making a new one they tried to hide it by putting the damaged cup in another one… super glad my dad didn’t eat a piece of the broken cup 😡😡😡
I had a very concerning issue present itself yesterday at one of your locations. I ordered 3 milkshakes and when I received them at the drive thru window there was plastic shavings from the lid all of the lid and cup. At first I didn’t know what it was and asked the cashier and she said that sometimes the lid gets tore up while making them. I told her that I didn’t want these and she said that they were fine and that the plastic doesn’t actually get down into the shake....read full review
