“My guests and I had dinner at the Twist 181 Lounge. Our meal consisted of various selections from the appetizers. The food was prepared by chef Alexis Settipane of Soulful Setti's in the kitchen of Twist 181. The cuisine had a New Orleans flavor. I can not say enough about the exquisite taste and the exciting flavor. Each choice was indescribable. The fried shrimp, the boudin, the brussels sprouts; each bite elicited an "OMG, this is so good!" And, the sweet cornbread, there are no words in my vocabulary that can describe how delicious it was. The entire meal was a sheer delight. My compliments to the chef! I shall return! Many times! The whole experience was capped off by the wonderful and attentive server, Nia. She was certainly a delight! Bon Appetit!“

“We had another great dinner at California Dreaming. We ordered the hibiscus margarita and shrimp tacos, both were delicious. The margarita was just right - not too sweet. The shrimp tacos were battered and fried with a jicama slaw. We also ordered the baked potato soup that had nice chucks of potato with bacon and cheese added right before it was served. The wait staff are amazing and made our dinner fun. Cheers to our next visit!“

“Every aspect was excellent. Our server, Katelyn, was superb, professional, friendly and timely. Our food and beverages were served quickly and correctly. The two side salads were perfect. “The bar is small but attracts a good crowd. I enjoy the live music. I would say the bar is like 20x35 feet of room for the crowd and a small Hallway for the bath room. Can get crowded but usually has a good vibe for the most part. Worth trying to see if it fits your bar type at least once recommended for at least one visit on a slow night Sunday- Wednesday and at least once on Friday or Saturday to see if it fits your type of bar liking.“

“I went to this club on a Sunday night! I made it around 12 a.m. and it was packed!!! Ppl don't really dance much here, but it was still fun! They say you have to be 21 and over to get in. You can't bring your own alcohol?. You can also smoke in this club.“

“I recommend them for their drinks! The drinks are really good and worth the price you pay! The food on the other hand is usually good, but this specific visit I asked for no onions on my sandwich and they still put onions on it. I told the waiter that I said no onions and showed him where they had onions on it and he said oh OK and didn't come back to the table until 10 minutes later with some sauce I ordered. So I guess that just meant that my sandwich wasn't gonna get remade or anything, so I just picked out the onions, but it still smells like onions. Total bummer and waste of money at that point but I didn't wanna cause a scene. I'll say if you get your food check to make sure it's right because nothing was done for mine“

We had the whole branzino fish and the beef tenderloin, both dishes were great! We can't wait to go back and bring some family or friends. This is truly a hidden gem in a historic hotel with a stunning dinning room. Make a Rez and go! You will like it.“

Murder Point Oysters followed by the Tomato & Mozzarella salad, leading into the Scallops and Cobia topped with Jumbo Lump Crab for entrees. Mind-blowing flavors and expression in each dish with impeccable presentation, topped off with precision table service. I can't say enough good things about Southwood! ♥️😎“
