“Wife and I really like this place. She doesn't drink but loves the Charcuterie boards, and I enjoy their selection of beers on tap and good bourbons. I am excited that they are adding to the menu, because, no negative implied to those served, I need something a bit more to eat than a grown-ups lunchable.Service is hit and miss, and thus I give a 2 star on that. There are times I have been in there and it is perfect, friendly, knowledgeable, etc. However, there are also times, where staff is scrolling on the phones, ignoring patrons or worse; trying to talk (and curse) on the phone while taking an order.Love Michelle, we want to see you do good! Don't let one or two bad apples ruin the bushel, you got a good thing going!“

“Let me start by saying that SAM F. was absolutely AMAZING!!! I brought Fairhopes pickiest 80+ yr old customer and she gave Sam the blues. He handled it like a trooper. She complained about absolutely everything because nothing tastes like it did “back in my day” but still the service was Great and delivered with a smile. So in case you read this Sam.. THANK YOU!!! Your service was truly appreciated.As for the food in a honest option. It was pretty good. The Bushwacker is phenomenal!!! The Gumbo wasn’t great but everything else was (blackened salmon, fried green tomatoes and mashed potatoes) + ai absolutely Loved the red beans and rice.“

She was VERY informative on the menu without missing a beat and that’s impressive to my husband and I. The food was delicious but Hannah truly made the whole experience so wonderful. “This is our first time dining here, and it was a great experience. We started with seafood gumbo & Soup du hour for the appetizers. The entree for the night was grilled redfish and coffee braised short ribs, and dessert was bread pudding. All the dishes were amazing. We'll be back again to try more menu items. “Really great local place. We had the French dip special. Outstanding! The sides were really great as well. They had several local beers on tap which was also really great. Bartenders were very friendly and knowledgeable! We will definitely be returning!“

“Really cool Irish pub. Great decorations and decent food options…but less for someone with Celiac. I was able to get a 1/4 lb. burger on a seriously awesome salad- only criticism, too many raw onions. Really nice guys at food counter. Happy hour Old-Fashioned: Round one. Bad. Poorly mixed and out of balance. Round two: much better!“

“A great neighborhood pub. Great place to watch Alabama or Auburn football or sports in general. A real "Cheers" feel. If you don't know anyone it will not take you long to get to know them. Plenty of parking and close to the Lake Forest subdivision. They always have some free food starting around 3pm, and live music occasionally.“

“Really had a positive experience in every aspect Saturday night.When we arrived about 6:00pm we were pleasantly greeted and told to choose any table we'd like. Server greeted us quickly and with a nice smile.Ordered a beer and a dirty/dry martini. Only criticism of the evening was the martini. Had to return as it was made wrong but came back correct and delicious.Started with the duck wontons. Special note here, if they are on the special board ORDER them, they are really delicious.Entrees were a noodle bowl and a couple tacos. The pork noodle bowl was over the top good as was the steak and braised pork tacos.Seems as though it's really difficult to find a dining experience that is delicious, hospitable and doesn't dent your wallet to badly.Dragonfly gave us all of the above and at a reasonable price! “Everything about our experience was top notch except for our server. She seemed a bit inexperienced. She had to check with the kitchen about substitutes for pasta and when I asked her if there were substitutes she acted a little unsure and asked me to clarify if I didn't want pasta. Myself and my partner also thought we did not have the level of attention we would expect for the quality of restaurant we were in. Our water glasses were never refilled. She did check on us a couple times but not nearly as much as my date thought appropriate. She could use some training we both felt. Her demeanor was always pleasant and kind so she has the personality to do the job well, for sure. The ambiance, hostess, quality of food, and general decor were all first rate.“

“The food was good, but one thing I didn't really like was that on the pizza we got (idk what it was called, but I'll put a pic)it was kinda dry on the bottom. We waited a good while to be asked for our drinks and the food took kinda long. Also, there were only a few people there (working and eating there). I can't really say any about how long things took bc I'm not the one doing it. I would still recommend it. Last thing, when I saw this place I thought of the YouTube Joe Caine (the speed running yt shorts guy). lol“
