“LOVE my local PJ's! They have the best customer service that I've ever experienced at a quick service/coffee franchise. I've only experienced two very minuscule issues with past orders being inaccurate and both times the management has gone above and beyond to promptly make things right for me. I don't get my coffee anywhere else. I also love their app, it makes ordering easy & keeps up with my rewards without my having to punch my number in at the store every time.“

This morning, I decided to treat myself to a coffee and it was surprisingly the highlight of my morning. Bre is going places in this world. Her cheerful and enthusiastic greeting from the drive-through speaker made me smile! I was eager to see the face of the woman that had such an ability. I wish more people exuded a warm, welcoming personality like this young lady. The world would truly be a brighter place. Somebody please give this girl a raise. “Now as I write this review I should tell you, I am typically not a coffee drinker. I don’t drink coffee really at all— unless it’s from The Coffee Loft. I pop in multiple times a week and every time I go, the staff is super friendly and even on their busiest days, you won’t be waiting long for your order. Their menu is very detailed and they offer a very wide range of options to choose from, including beverages without coffee, which is great for kids and people who don’t drink it! Their food and beverage prices are incredibly fair, about as much as you’d pay for your Starbucks or Dunkin’ and personally, I like the coffee this local shop uses over the previous two! If you haven’t tried this place yet and you’re local or even traveling through, make it a point to come here!! You won’t regret it!“

“Very nice location. The workers are so helpful and nice when asking about coffee. It’s also extremely helpful to stop for coffee while shopping. They also have coloring pages at a table to draw so it speeds up the wait if they are busy and the coffee is really good at this one.“
