LOVE my local PJ's! They have the best customer service that I've ever experienced at a quick service/coffee franchise. I've only experienced two very minuscule issues with past orders being inaccurate and both times the management has gone above and beyond to promptly make things right for me. I don't get my coffee anywhere else. I also love their app, it makes ordering easy & keeps up with my rewards without my having to punch my number in at the store every time.
My children and I visited for the first time this Friday. One of my kiddos is sensitive to everything and I was truly hoping for a good experience. PJ’s was absolutely wonderful and we will visit again. The lighting and atmosphere are perfect for creating a warm and welcoming environment.
Great place to work with cozy seating and natural lighting, great breakfast sandwiches and lunch sandwiches, and love the iced and hot coffee options with free Wi-Fi! Brooke and Summer are always so friendly when we come in!
