tonight they spent so long chatting and laughing it up (leaning out the window even) while there was a line of 4 cars, that the car behind the front one parked, went inside to cancel her order. After another 5 minutes of me waiting, I finally got to the window. No courtesy apology, no acknowledgment of the wait, and my order was wrong. then while they corrected the order (all the time acting cold and frustrated), and made me another milkshake. now having waited more than 20 minutes...read full review

Arby's offers a great location, especially for those driving through McFarland, with easy traffic access. The service is friendly and accommodating, with people being very polite. The food is enjoyable, and the mint chocolate shake comes highly recommended. However, the restaurant was not clean, with ceiling tiles laying around on the ground due to a roof leak, making it a disaster. They were busy and seemed kinda understaffed, and sometimes they got the order wrong, leaving out curly fries and not providing Arby's sauce or napkins.
