Chick-fil-A in Tuscaloosa

“Driving thru Tuscaloosa, we stopped at this location. Service was excellent and food was fresh & hot. Any staff we encountered was really nice & greeted us. I want to shout out Allison at the register. She was very patient,pleasant, cheerful, & helpful. She went above & beyond to not just take my order but to connect with me as a customer. From that connection she learned we were traveling back to Nashville & made sure before we got on the road that we checked everything & that we had what we needed before leaving. She was truly a pleasure & should be commended for her customer service.“

“I went at 12 when they were completely covered up and ended up having to leave to go to my class after I ordered my food on the mobile order app 40 minutes ago. Once I got out of class I came back and told them that I still hadn’t received ny food. The manager made it right and got me my food fast and even upsized my fries for free. They are always polite and I was impressed with how they handled it after seeing how swamped they were.“
