I’m having trouble with orders from this store via the app. They send small portions, leave out ingredients, and the food arrives ice-cold. Why don't the people preparing it just quit and go work doing something they actually like? It’s a huge pain!
No watermelon limeade even though it was listed in app, order was not ready until 20 min after it was estimated to be ready. Stood waiting for 20 min while people steadily moved through the line and other pickup orders were sent out. They brought out several at once with mine which seems like they were just holding them in the back waiting to bring them out. Ordering online still has issues for picking up take out. I truly wish people wouldn't steal orders. If they're busy, you could be waiting a while to get someone to retrieve your order from the back. Things have improved. Wondering if it lasts after students return.
