“I can honestly say each time I go in this location the store manager is always so pleasant! This woman needs a raise ASAP! I mean in dollars not cents! There's subway on 69s which is much closer to my home. I never go in the 69s location anymore because it's just to much trouble and a headache. This is not a problem at the Greensboro location and I pay close to 20.00 for one sub each visit. If the owner reads these reviews be very thankful you have her as an employee! My sister would love her as her employee in the restaurant business!“
“My sandwich was great. The Manager allowed to use one of my coupons. I didn't know that some sandwiches don't qualify for the coupons. The sandwich was so good I don't think I care that I can't use a coupon for it. I had the All American and my grandson had the BSM or something like that with salami on the sandwich. He enjoyed his also.“

Excellent catering experience from Subway on Hwy 69 South in Tuscaloosa! The sandwich platters were fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. Everything was ready on time, and the staff provided outstanding customer service. Perfect for meetings, parties, and group events. Highly recommend their catering—we’ll definitely order again!“
“We went into Subway a few days ago and their staff was friendly and attentive and we walked out in record time with three foot long sandwiches. Everything is fresh and they must have new management or staff and that is a plus.. Great experience.“

“The lady working the line at PEAK lunch hour today is doing her damn thing! She is all by herself knocking the line down. Making sandwiches to PERFECTION ✨— 3 at a time! & checking everyone out too. Being sure to sanitize & re-glove EVERY SINGLE TIME. I did not check for her name but she is light skinned with a short pixie cute mid-30’s maybe & has a great attitude under all of that pressure. She did not take her frustrations out on a customer at any point — very professional. This Queen deserves a raise and/or a promotion. 🔥 Everybody cannot do what she is getting done at Subway right now.“
“My order was a Door Dash order and when they delivered it my food wasn't right my contents of my sandwich was on the wrong bread and I paid $15.59 for each sandwich at least it could have been the way I wanted it! Over all the food was good but I would Love a remake !“
