We drove up to the drive thru and it took quite a while for someone to answer. I started trying to order and the girl stated she couldn’t hear me. So my husband, who was driving and sitting closer to the speaker, took over and started ordering. She cut him off and said sir I can’t hear you. So he tried to speak louder and again she cut him off and said with a 100% attitude SIR, I CAN’T HEAR YOU!
