Caffe Di Roma is a gem in Liberty Park. The food is awesome, with generous portion sizes and an authentic Italian dining feel. Kids love the “pas”ghetti and the baked ziti, while the pizzas are delicious, especially the Hot Shot. The pizza crust is one of the best textured and flavored. Other menu highlights include a meatball stromboli, calamari, to die for gnocchi in a gorganzola cream sauce, and tiramisu that is fabulous and heavenly. The Chicken Parmesan family dinner is also absolutely delicious, tasting fresh and homemade. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. It is not a posh restaurant, but it is comfortable, with little details like amusing salt and pepper shakers. Highly recommend for the next meal.
