“Had a craving...came thru drive window. My order was perfect. A nice thing about the service was being recognized by Crystal. I was caught by surprise as I was placing my order at the drive order sign. I believe that when a customer is remembered by a previous order sight unseen this employee deserves recognition. It's rare these days! I've owned a business; this employee seems to enjoy her work and by my observation takes care about the customer. When the service is this noticable it certainly makes the whole process worth it. When I got to the window I was met with a smile, politeness, and knowledge of the menu questions I asked. Oh, did I mention my onion rings were perfect. Cook did a nice job. Keep it up midnight crew. I'm sure I'll be back!“

“I will never be able to thank Busy Bee for the years of service they provided to my mother Sheila. Matter of fact she mentioned going there during the last phone call I had with her. I honestly didn't know how often till I went through her bank statements lol. She lover the food and price but she loved the staff even more. The kindness they showed our family during the darkest days will always be the light that we needed the most. I can't thank you all enough....and on behalf of my mother who just 3 days earlier said Busy Bee has the best onion rings in town....“

“I had never eaten at Milo's until my husband and I got together almost 10 years ago,and I immediately fell in love with their food!! And their not AT ALL like your basic fast food restaurants!! They are very professional and kind,and their customer service NEVER disappoints! Their menu is full of amazing choices,and the food is always good and hot and fresh!“

“i am sorry to everyone who is angry at the store all i ask is that you give us another chance and that you please just please be patient with us :) we sadly only have five employees and i am new there so i am still learning but everyone is important to us we are just really short staffed right now and we apologize for that but sadly thats all we can do is apologize and just ask when you order please just try to be patient and if you know of anyone looking for a job we are taking applications“

“Rib plate at 10:30 a.m. on a Wednesday with fried mushrooms, so fantastic. The ribs , let me tell you, when I say tender and fall off the bone, you could pull that rib meat with toothpicks it was so tender. The Mac and cheese was good and the potato salad was hefty, home made in a very original way. The fried mushrooms were huge and so flavorful. Exactly what I wanted. First time here.“

“We stop in to get a juicy burgers on our way home to Fl. Order them med well they came out like hockey pucks. We couldn't eat them. And they took 8 dollars off our bill. So disappointed with them. We paid for burnt food.“

“We have lived in Cullman for 9 years and have been to this Jacks many times and even my son when he was a teenager worked for them a few years back. At times they are amazing and some times not. Usually when I go there it’s just to get a chicken finger snack for my younger son. Most times when we have done door dash breakfast from there with a lot more orders they leave out things often. They have left out drinks and sometimes hash browns and biscuits. Luckily door dash gives refunds. Then sometimes we have to go back and order what we were missing.“
