“I’ve had lunch at Angel Cakes Creamery twice lately. Both times the food was delicious. I’ve had the bacon cheeseburger and a chicken cordon bleu sandwich. Ordered onion rings both times. They are delicious, so crunchy and not greasy at all. They have a large menu and the food is cooked after you order. Although, I haven’t tried it, they have hand dipped ice cream with a variety of delicious sounding flavors. I highly recommend that you give this restaurant a try. You won’t be sorry. It’s located on Blue Mountain Road on North Quintard.”

“We started going to Licken Good Donut over two years ago. We've been to four different ones. The one in Alexandria was the first one we tried. It is rather disappointing that the price of the donuts have gone up, but the size has diminished to about 75%. It appears that this has happened only in Alexandria whereas Centre and Fort Payne continue to offer the same size.”

“The very best coffee in the area and even beyond! The brown sugar cinnamon latte is my go to, but everything I have tried has been amazing! The staff are so kind, welcoming, and even help with recommendations. All of their flavors (except white mocha and mocha) are made in house, and not super sweet you don't even taste the flavor it is meant to be. Almost all of the food items are made there as well! The bacon cheddar scone will knock your socks off it's so good. But really I haven't had anything I didn't enjoy!! The staff really deserves more than 10 stars because I've never been treated as well as they do..... anywhere....”
