“Stopped in with family after putting off trying a new place. All 8 of us found something we liked. I’ll be back to try the spicy options. Portions on the chicken were bigger than any of us expected. Cheese on chicken may sound strange but our leftovers of it (and the other flavors if I’m honest) never actually made it to my fridge.“

“My son saw this restaurant while surfing the web. He said, "Pops you need to check this out". Since I love chicken and beer. I decided to check it out on the way home from the VA. I was not disappointed. I was extremely impressed. The smells coming in. The atmosphere and the personnel were great. When I sunk my teeth into that chicken! Lawd hamussy! I was hooked. The collard greens and baked mac-n-cheese were great sides. The price was o. point also. I give them 11 out of 10. I'll most definitely go back after my next VA visit. Oh yeah their in house IPA is top notch!“

“My husband and I eat at the Bryant Chick-fil-A almost once a week. He has dementia and a bit of a mobility issue. We have always been treated with patience and kindness. This week when we went it was not raining when we got there but was pouring when we were ready to leave. One of the workers insisted on getting us an umbrella. She used it to get me to the car then hurried back in to stay with my husband as I drove around. She helped me get him in the car…he didn’t get wet but she and I did in spite of a big umbrella. She truly was thoughtful and kind and patient with a dementia patient and his rattled wife. (I will be better prepared for the weather). Sadly we didn’t get her name but we will on our next trip. We can’t thank her enough for her kindness and her help. She didn’t say let me know if I can help you she said I AM going to help you and this is what we will do. Thank you again♥️“

“Those of us who love Chick-fil-A often talk about how great the service is and how fast the drive thru moves, but today I want to talk about the respect the employees treat each other with. I had the pleasure of one the trainees taking my order (it was only her second day) and her customer service was spot on! The man training her was also awesome in many ways, but what stuck put to me the most was his patience. When he saw her accidentally type something wrong or she forgot to ask “is there anything else I can get you?”, rather than roll his eyes or huff, he calmly redirected her with a smile on his face and it was obviously genuine. I watched him do this when there wasn’t a customer in front of them. I wish he had his babe tag on so I could tell y’all. It eas just nice to see that their employees treat each other the same way they treat customers. The trainee’s name was Krystal and my receipt says operator was John Spenst.“

“Drive thru. Had to wait on my order of blackened chicken a few minutes off to the side. But was made aware of the wait ahead of the order, which was thoughtful of staff. “Hey guys, I was drawn in by the BOGO$1. The staff was super friendly, the food was hot, fast and sooooo fresh.
We took our order to go, but walked into the dining room to pick up. Very clean, smelled clean.

“I was trying to order a family meal at 10:40pm and I was told the current items they had unless I wanted to wait about 20minutes on it and I choose to wait. When I got to the window the young man with a durag who I assumed was the night manger was very nice and welled mannered talked to me as he was telling his cook what to do. I will for sure be coming back again!“
