“Absolutely amazing experience at Popeyes in Jacksonville. As a tourist from out of state, I was thrilled with the hospitality. The highlight of my visit was the beautiful woman with the colorful makeup – her customer service was truly the best I’ve ever encountered. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure my meal was perfect. The food was delicious, but her exceptional service is what made my visit unforgettable. Five stars all the way! ?????“

“All kinds of chicken salad. My favorite has to be the lemon-basil flavored one. Can't remember the name though. The staff are knowledgeable about all the flavors and options. They have the BEST brocoli salad and strawberry lemonade. Highly recommend!“

“Very clean for a restaurant and the employees are very friendly and informative about their products. I would recommend this specific Chick-fil-A to anyone staying in the area. The food was fresh and very tasty and delicious. Plenty of sauces and options for anyone. Great place for kids and adults. The atmosphere here is a little depressing though. They need a better radio station or something it seems like they play elevator music or music from the Sims game. Everything else was great though and I would love to order from here again. They have a little bit of everything for anyone that has diet restrictions or just wants a healthier option.

Parking: Great parking lot and free!

Kid-friendliness: Great little play area for the little ones. Also staff are very good with kids and family oriented I would like to say this is a good family place to dine in.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair access for anyone needing this. Also table spacing is great plenty of room for anyone disabled or that needs the extra room for a wheelchair or high chair.“

“My husband and I stopped by on our way through Cabot and we were greeted by a young man named Travis. He was such a delight! Such a wonderful attitude! Zaxby’s was awesome as usual, but it’s Travis we are bragging about today. He put a smile on my face and took our order with a smile on his face. He was kind and gracious. Great work, Travis.“
