“The food is exactly what I would expect and the wait times were acceptable. The problem is had was the dry emotionless robots working the drive thru. I know they don't have time to be chatty or talk to every customer but when I say thank you and have a good day and both windows simply stare off into space and close on me without so much as a smile it's sad. These were both young ladies who looked like mindless zombies and that starts at the top.“

“My girls are 7 and 9 they love going and getting mystery drinks lol. The staff is always so nice and welcoming! It is pricey but a good treat on occasion. My girls had to have 2 drinks and cake pops that’s why it was so expensive wnd we got breakfast! They love starbucks! Employees are so nice they just have great management ❤️“

“I was visiting Fort Smith and decided to try the food here - the hot chocolate was GREAT! I loved the delicious chocolate twist - filled with cream and plenty of chocolate. I took the plain bagel w/ egg & cheese since I have a pork allergy and it was okay.
Overall it was good service“
