“Edit - came back 2 days later because it's so good. Got the birria quesadilla today ... Holy cow it was awesome! Not on the menu, but ask for them. Delicious! 3 for $12. I think they come with rice and beans, but I did but want them.

Wow, great experience at Las Playitas! I wish I had this place at home. Started out great with a huge basket of chips and salsa in the little vase thing so I can pour out more. Ordered a la carte 2 beef soft tacos and 1 chimichanga. Normally I order 2 tacos, but the chimichanga was such a great price a la carte that I had to try it. Boy I'm glad I did! It was very tender chicken and juicy. Probably the best chimichanga I've ever had. Then the tacos were absolutely huge. Very unexpected but very grateful and they were delicious. You definitely need to try this place out and I plan on coming back even though I'm only in town a few days. Staff was great, and prices were really great! All my food was $10.“

“My husband and I dined in here for our Anniversary. We don't recommend ordering the ribs, they were too salty. They only give you a sample of cole slaw to go with your meal.Catfish wasn't bad.“
