“We tried mezzaluna pasteria in downtown bentonville recently, and it was fabulous. The atmosphere, decor, handmade pasta & service were all exemplary. We opted for the duck liver patè & grilled octopus appetizers, short rib ravioli + coho salmon bucatini for the main course plus a berry mule with arkansas made delta dirt distillery sweet potato vodka to wash it all down. “The only shame about Jim’s Razorback is there are no longer one in any of the major NWA towns, like I had growing up.

The ones in Springdale and Lowell closed during covid. Now they’re only in more of the podunk towns like Gentry, and Jane, Mo. Siloam Springs is the biggest town that still has a Jim’s. They also have Mazzio’s too ?!

They display their premium quality cheese on their boxes, but I would say it’s always been the sauce that really make Jim’s special“
