“Panda is one of the best places to feed your family. The price is amazing for the amount of food you get. I can spend $40 on a family meal, (2 large sides, 3 large entrees) and feed 2 adults and 3 kids. And i have leftovers for 2. In all honesty though, kidding aside. They were finishing up, I ordered something to go and for some reason they apologized for not having any fortune cookies. I brushed it off, didn't care but jokingly raised my voice in mocking anger and shock, "What, no fortune cookie!" I was told some customers actually get "upset" when the store doesn't have them...we had a good chuckle and laugh about it... I thought I'd leave a comment that started off like an angry, uptight Karen rant and then thank the staff.
Thanks for making my night enjoyable! It's good to see people let go of the "robot customer service speak" and just relax, chill and be informal.
There will always be Karen's who take things way too seriously. Then there's people like me who could care less about formality and not lose my shit over something so small as not having my fortune cookie. ✌🏻

Hopefully, someday, someone opens a Karen's or Dicks restaurant here in Northwest Arkansas. So the staff can be Karen's and Dicks right back to the customers. I'd love that job!😈“
