Jeremy in service did a bangup job getting us going with a new Cannondale derailleur hanger and installing it after a parking lot mishap on the way to a ride last weekend. Thank you a thousand times... : )
Took my Sworks SL7 for service overhaul before a trip to Spain. Bottom Bracket wasn’t torqued and came loose during a ride and then my rear hub loosened from not having the cassette tight. I came close to crashing on a descent. I would not recommend this shop whatsoever.
