I had an amazing experience because of Mikayle, Cindy, and Nana. Especially Mikayle, what an amazing manager. She treated me special.
i placed an online order at 5:40 and was told it’d be ready at 5:50. i got in line at 5:50 and sat in the chipot-“lane” behind 3 cars for over 30 minutes and was late for work with a notification that my food was ready. service is slow almost always.
This chipotle leaves a lot to be desired. The staff isn’t particularly friendly or welcoming. I don’t really fault fast food/fast casual workers for that by itself. But on top of that, this location has higher prices than other Chipotles!
Pro tip: always order in person so that your order doesn’t get messed up. That part isn’t limited to this specific chipotle but just a little suggestion.
