Extremely slow service. Waited at least 10 minutes in the drive thru AFTER ordering, before our food was received. We were the third car in line. Food was cold. While parked at the window I noticed an employee just standing there with a drink in one hand and a cell phone in the other. Appeared to be texting.
my wife and I had poor service. Kaci seemed rude and irritated and was not very helpful. then we got a couple of nuggets that tasted and looked raw and the manager got down right hateful and said we could leave cause their food was always done. well if her appearance is a sign of what Wendy's represents I would hate for anyone to ever eat there ever again. she was dressed very un professional with her shirt half untucked and looked like it hadn't been washed in weeks and no name...read full review
