I SIGNED INTO THE NEW SYSTEM A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO, AND SUBSEQUENTLY LOST ALL MY REWARD POINTS, ANG CANNOT EVEN ACCESS MY ACCOUNT. THEREFORE I HAVE DELETED MY ACCOUNT. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH YOUR PROCESS,OF CHANGING THE REWARDS PROGRAM. YOU WILL LOSE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, INCLUDING MINE. THERE ARE MANY CUSTOMERS INVOLVED, AND UNHAPPY, WITH YOUR CORPORATE LEADERSHIP.
