KFC in Crossett has surpassed the horror stories we've all heard about McDonald's. Sloppy service, orders are seldom filled right, as well as the food has become inferior. ?
Got $5 Fill ups, food was good, hot, and server at drive thru was nice. The reason I rated 4 stars is because this is the 2nd time they forgot to put cookies in with the order. I started to check but people were waiting behind me and I thought the first time was a mistake, plus it was dark outside anyway and hard to see. The website says it includes a cookie but I wasn’t going to waste gas to go back. Please remember to include the cookie!!!Sincerely,Chocolate Chip Cookie Lover...read full review

Traveling thru ate here met by cashier very cold and rude...food was great but her attitude sucked. One lady waited for a chicken sandwich forever had to come inside after a long wait outside just to wait another 10 to 15 minutes inside. Rude to most everyone that came through while we there.
